Zhaofa Metal Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Zhaofa Metal Curtain Wall (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. After relocating from Shajing, Bao'an District, Shenzhen to Shatian Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, the company was renamed Zhaofa Metal Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.

      Founded in 1995, our company is one of the earliest large-scale professional manufacturers engaged in aluminum alloy curtain walls, aluminum alloy ceilings and metal baking finish spraying in China. Our main business covers fluorocarbon coated aluminum curtain wall panels, ceramic coated metal curtain wall panels and self-cleaning coated aluminum curtain wall panels. We provide metal surface fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, ceramic spraying and high-temperature baking finish spraying services, as well as metal sheet fabrication and design & production of aluminum panel curtain walls. The enterprise has been awarded the title of "Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China.

      We are equipped with Japanese Muratec CNC punching and shearing centers, CNC gantry milling machines, CNC bending machines, Belgian LVD-HD hydraulic shears, large plate rolling machines, German Kempy TIG welding machines, German OBO stud welding machines and other sheet metal processing equipment. The annual sheet metal processing capacity reaches 1.2 million square meters. A new coating production line was built in 2004, adopting high-pressure spray pretreatment and fully automatic American Ransburg spraying system. It supports spraying of fluorocarbon paint, powder coating, ceramic coating, self-cleaning paint and various high-temperature baking finishes, with an annual spraying output of 2 million square meters. We employ a group of high-caliber technical talents specializing in machinery, electronics, civil engineering, architecture, industrial design, metal anticorrosion and polymer chemistry, boasting strong capabilities in curtain wall design and drawing.

To enhance market competitiveness, the company launched a new production base in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province in 2023. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service of pre-coated aluminum coils. The base introduces world-class advanced five-coating and five-baking thick plate roller coating and printing production lines and core technologies. Taking fluorocarbon and polyester as film-forming materials mixed with polymer substances, it professionally produces printed metal sheets with thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 3.0mm. We manufacture various roller-coated aluminum panels with diverse patterns including solid color, two-tone, three-tone, water grain, marble grain, metallic color, leather grain, imitation granite fluorocarbon panel, copper brushed panel, iridescent panel, corrugated panel and surface panel. Serving as an ideal substitute for wall wood and stone materials, the products feature vivid patterns, eco-friendliness, labor saving, shorter construction period and quick installation. They also possess excellent properties such as fire resistance, antibacterial performance, anti-fouling, self-cleaning and recyclability. Widely applied to interior and exterior wall decoration of hospitals, financial institutions, industrial buildings, shopping malls, exhibition centers, hotels, high-end residential communities, airports, high-speed railway stations, subway stations and stadiums.

An effective quality assurance system has been established in accordance with ISO9001-2008 standards and certified by Beijing Orient Accreditation Center. We are also among the earliest domestic curtain wall manufacturers certified by American PPG. Coating quality strictly complies with AAMA2605.05 standard issued by American Architectural Manufacturers Association. A 15-year quality warranty is provided for all products.
